Refund policy

At ZYON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items (unless received defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
    • Or store credit (if preferred)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues only
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Request must be made within 7 days

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • In case of damaged or wrong product, ZYON will cover the shipping cost

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
