At ZYON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items (unless received defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
- Or store credit (if preferred)
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues only
- Subject to stock availability
- Request must be made within 7 days
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
- In case of damaged or wrong product, ZYON will cover the shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
